A Simple and Powerful Mission

I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward a life free from suffering, encouraging them to embrace the present moment with authenticity. Through therapy, mindfulness practices, and meaningful conversations, I stand beside others with deep compassion and an unwavering faith in their ability to heal and thrive.

Dr. Patty Shutt is a trailblazer in the field of integrative mental health and mindfulness. As the co-owner of Therapeutic Oasis and the visionary founder of Sacred Treehouse, she brings over 25 years of clinical experience and heartfelt dedication to helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.

Through Sacred Treehouse, Dr. Patty has created a sanctuary for mindfulness, compassion, and conscious living. She is a certified teacher in both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and leads life-changing programs that include coaching, classes, immersive intensives, and eco-mindfulness retreats. Her offerings—both online and in-person—are rooted in deep presence and designed to foster greater self-awareness, connection, and inner peace.

Her latest collaborative creation is the Bonded Podcast, where she brings her passion for trauma healing to a broader audience. Through expert conversations and personal stories, the podcast explores how healing individual attachment and trauma wounds can ripple outward—restoring connection in relationships, communities, and the natural world. It’s a project born from her deep belief that personal healing is the foundation for collective and planetary healing.
